Alluring Glass Shower Doors Warranty Information
(Effective: 3/1/2015)
When you invest in a glass shower from Alluring Glass, you’re choosing a high-performing, long-lasting product constructed with the best materials available. We proudly stand behind our products with a comprehensive and straightforward warranty that you can rely on. All glass shower doors sold and installed by Alluring Glass technicians are covered under this warranty.
What We Offer:

Comprehensive Coverage: Alluring Glass guarantees the quality of its sales and installations. We will repair or replace any faulty glass or hardware. Alluring Glass will provide all labor and materials necessary to address any issues with glass or hardware for up to three (3) years from the date of installation.

Service for Common Issues: We will service issues related to silicone, leaking, squeaking, and sagging for three years from the date of installation.

Hardware Warranty: We offer hardware from US Horizon and Southeastern Aluminum Products. You can view each manufacturer’s individual warranty by clicking on the provided link.

Polycarbonate Components: Polycarbonate sweeps, wipes, and doorstops are covered for a period of one year from the time of installation. Please note that replacing these materials is considered routine maintenance for glass shower doors and may need to be done periodically. Replacement is typically the owner’s responsibility. These materials are readily available for purchase from Alluring Glass and are easily replaced by the homeowner. While these components are designed for longevity, occasional replacement is not uncommon.

Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred. The warranty terminates upon the sale of the home or building in which the product was installed. Proof of ownership is required.

Exclusions: Alluring Glass is not liable for glass breakage, damage, or failure due to misuse or acts of nature, including fire, flood, or earthquake.

Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication of the product.

Maintenance Guidelines: The use of harsh, abnormal, or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty. Please follow the maintenance guidelines provided at installation for proper care of your product.

Water Chemistry: Discoloration or stains caused by improper water chemistry are not covered under the warranty.

Our Core Process
Send a picture to the Project Manager of the space needing shower glass.
The Project Manager will email you to provide viable options with the corresponding info.
Once the desired application is agreed upon, the Project Manager will deploy a senior laser templater to visit.
The laser templater will bring glass and hardware samples, answer any remaining questions, laser template, and get the glass on order.
The Project Manager will schedule a lead craftsman to visit to install the custom shower glass.
The Project Manager will call you to ensure complete satisfaction has been achieved.
